Entry Procedure: Present both the "Entry Code" and "ID Card" to exchange for a ticket before entry.
1. Entry Method: Chongqing WondertoPia operates a real-name system (the ID information of the purchaser and the actual visitor must match). On the day of visit, please bring your original valid ID card + Ski Pass + the ID from the order to enter the snow park.
2. Ticket Pick-up: Exchange the Ski Pass using your ID card or QR code.

Detailed Description: One single-person evening unlimited ski pass for Chongqing WondertoPia (valid for skiing and snow play, choice of skis or snowboard). Evening entry time is after 17:00. The ski pass includes ski equipment (ski suit, skis/snowboard, ski boots, helmet).
Exclusions: Food and beverage within the snow park, gloves, shopping, and other secondary consumption items such as locker rental (Locker rental requires an additional fee of 30 RMB/locker and a 20 RMB/locker deposit, which is refunded upon locker return).
Single Person 3-Hour Ski & Play Pass + Equipment Ticket
Price Includes: One single-person 3-hour Ski & Play Pass + Equipment Ticket.
Detailed Description: (Valid for skiing and snow play, choice of skis or snowboard). The ski pass includes ski equipment (ski suit, skis/snowboard, ski boots, helmet).
Exclusions: Food and beverage within the snow park, gloves, shopping, and other secondary consumption items such as locker rental (Locker rental requires an additional fee of 30 RMB/locker and a 20 RMB/locker deposit, which is refunded upon locker return).
Refund Policy:
· Before 23:59 one day prior to the usage date: Free refund.
· Before 23:59 on the usage date: A 20% service fee per order based on the sales price applies.
· After 23:59 on the usage date: Non-refundable.
· Tickets are non-refundable after being exchanged.
· Partial refunds are not supported for multiple tickets under one order.
· Date changes are not supported after placing an order.
Important Notes:
1. Refunds requested before 23:59 one day prior to the visit date incur no service fee.
2. Refunds requested before 23:59 on the visit date incur a 20% service fee. Refunds are not available after this time.
3. Date changes are not supported. To change the date, please cancel the booking and rebook.
4. Partial refunds are not supported.
5. Tickets that have been picked up/exchanged are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Other Information
Purchase Limit: A maximum of 1 ticket for the same product can be booked per ID on the same booking day.
Invoice Information: Invoices for this product are issued by the merchant. If an invoice is required, please contact the merchant before consumption to confirm the invoicing method.
Additional Detailed Information:
1. Chongqing WondertoPia currently has no free admission policy and operates on a strict one-person-one-ticket system.
2. For the safety of visitors, children under 18 years old (excluding) must be accompanied by at least one ticketed adult to enter the snow park, and one adult is limited to accompanying one child. For safety reasons, children aged 3 and under are advised to participate with caution.

1. The ski pass includes ski equipment (ski suit, skis/snowboard, ski boots, helmet). No deposit is required. Please take good care of the equipment; all items must be returned after use. Damages or losses will be charged according to the price list posted by Chongqing WondertoPia.
2. Equipment Sizes: Ski suits 90cm-190cm; Ski boots (alpine) size 27-47; Ski boots (snowboard) size 28-45; Skis 80cm-152cm; Snowboards 80cm-160cm; Helmets XS-XL. If the equipment sizes provided by WondertoPia do not match your requirements, the free equipment service cannot be provided. Please bring your own equipment in such cases.
3. As skiing and snow play require changing into specialized equipment, if you need to store personal belongings, please scan the code to rent a locker. The fee is 30 RMB per locker, plus a 20 RMB deposit per locker.
4. Note: Activities within the snow park are subject to change; please refer to the daily announcements. All attractions undergo regular daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections and maintenance. Related work may cause delays or temporary closures of some attractions. Details are subject to on-site announcements.
5. Snow Park Guidelines: Personal photography and videography are permitted. Commercial photography requires prior approval from the relevant department of Chongqing WondertoPia. All commercial-use imagery must include the Chongqing WondertoPia logo.
6. Entry into the snow park constitutes consent for the park to use visitors' photos or images for educational and promotional purposes.
7. Reminders: 1) Pets are not allowed inside Chongqing WondertoPia. Thank you for your understanding. 2) Please do not bring outside food or drinks into Chongqing WondertoPia. 3) No notification or price difference refunds will be given if promotions are offered after ticket purchase. 4) If a visitor is unable to enter the snow park due to a lost or compromised ticket pick-up code, a new ticket must be purchased for entry. 5) Chongqing WondertoPia does not provide gloves or hats; please bring your own or purchase them on-site if needed. 6) To ensure smooth entry and the safety of personal property, please do not purchase tickets from unauthorized channels such as scalpers. 7) For your personal safety and security, please do not hire ski instructors not certified by Chongqing WondertoPia.
